Brother Jon Colyer’s ministry has been one of the greatest blessings our church family has experienced. When he last ministered for us we had four nights of wonderful services. People were saved, healed, filled and stirred to a deeper consecration towards God.

He ministers out of such a heart of love and compassion that it is easy to see how God can use him so mightily. Some of the healings that took place were deaf ears opened, a boy with cerebral palsy who could hardly walk walked back to his seat unassisted, a lady with an “exploded” tendon in her knee instantly healed along with numerous salvations.

I count myself and my church blessed to have established relationship with Brother Jon. When I think of how the bible says that David had a heart after God’s own heart, I can only think this would be an apt description of Jon Colyer’s heart. I have never met a minister who walks with such humility, sincerity and openness before God.

Jon Colyer was scheduled to minister in our Saturday and Sunday services. What was supposed to be only a weekend service turned into eight weeks of revival. Scores were saved, healed and baptized in the Holy Spirit. Genuine repentance was common in many of the services.

Through the ministry of Jon, we experienced a freshness of the Holy Spirit we had never walked in before. A hunger for God, holiness and a burning desire to see people saved brought an excitement to WOV that we have never had in my years as pastor. The Holy Spirit made Jesus more real to those of us who had been hungering for more of God in our lives.
